What these have in common is that, on most of them, neither end is an airport, and that is the whole reason they exist as a service. A coach runs between city bus stations, not between the hotel you are leaving and the one you are arriving at; a hire car has to be brought back to where you picked it up, which a one-way move along the coast makes awkward. Every route that runs both ways is listed in both directions at the same fixed price, so the return leg is not a different negotiation.

Three things belong in the booking message, because none of them can be fixed once the car is outside. Give both addresses, because on these routes there is no terminal to default to and a resort name can cover fifteen kilometres of coast. Say if the luggage is travelling with you the whole way, which it is on a hotel-to-hotel move, because the boot is what runs out first, not the seats. And on anything over about three hours, say so: a long drive wants a comfort stop written into it, and the four classes are Economy for 4 passengers and 4 cases, Standard for 7 and 7, First Class for 6 and 6, and Minibus for 12 or 16.
