It wins, and wins heavily, for the eastern Alanya addresses: Kargıcak is 25 km from here against 145 from Antalya, Mahmutlar 30 against 140, Kestel 38 against 135, Alanya itself 45 against 125. That is up to an hour and a half saved in each direction. But for eighteen of the twenty-nine it is Antalya Airport that is nearer, and often by far — Belek is 35 km from Antalya and 135 from here, Lara 15 against 160, Kundu 15 against 162. Only around Çenger and Kızılot do the two nearly meet — 86 km against 89, and 90 against 85 — and there the flight time matters more than the distance.
So the figure worth checking is which airport your flight actually uses, and the answer is more use while the flight is still a choice. If it is GZP and your hotel is at the Alanya end, you have the short transfer of the two. If it is GZP and your hotel is in Belek or Lara, the drive is long and the price reflects the distance, not a surcharge. The drive west is the coast road and the last stretch goes through Alanya's one-way system, so an address and a landmark help more than a district name.
