Antalya Airport to Lonicera World Resort & Spa transfer
Lonicera World Resort & Spa lies on the small bay of Fugla at the western end of Türkler, where the district runs into Avsallar, a few hundred metres off the D400 with its grounds reaching down to the beach. The Fugla stream reaches the sea at the northern end of the bay, and a handful of other hotels share the shore around it. The hotel grew out of something much smaller: Lonicera began here in 1979 as Çamlık, a guesthouse of 20 rooms, on the spot where its fish restaurant now stands. The address is Sipahioğlu Sokak No: 4, and Avsallar's town centre is about two kilometres back along the highway.
The transfer is 105 km from Antalya Airport and takes about 90 minutes, almost entirely on the D400, which runs east by Aksu and Serik, crosses Manavgat and then follows the shore through Okurcalar and Avsallar. Just beyond Avsallar the highway crosses the Fugla on a bridge, and straight after it the car bears right onto a side road that runs a few hundred metres towards the bay and the hotel entrance. Coming from the airport you are already on the sea side of the divided highway, so there is nothing to cross. A driver with a card bearing your name waits in the arrivals hall and keeps track of the flight, delays included.
