Out here the first question is which airport. Lonicera's own factsheet puts Gazipaşa-Alanya 65 km away, east beyond Alanya, so a ticket marked GZP points the car the other way along the coast and is a separate booking. If the code is AYT, the journey is the one you arrived on, 105 km west and about 90 minutes, and the pickup is worked back from the flight: those 90 minutes, the time your airline wants you at the terminal, and a margin for Manavgat, where the highway runs through the town.

The drive out starts on the peninsula: the car heads about half a kilometre back up to the D400, crosses the Fuğla and runs west through Avsallar, İncekum and Okurcalar before the long stretch to Manavgat. Before dawn that goes quickly; from mid-morning each of those places adds traffic of its own, and a July or August departure deserves a quarter of an hour more than a winter one. Because two hotels share this plot, the booking should name Lonicera Resort & Spa, not just Lonicera, so the driver comes looking for the right hotel.
