The departure has one wrinkle the arrival does not. The hotel is on the side of the D400 that carries eastbound traffic, while the airport lies west, so a car leaving the entrance first turns right, towards Alanya, and has to find a point to come back round before it can head for Antalya. At night that costs very little, but it is a good reason to be in the lobby with your bags a few minutes before the agreed time rather than just at it.

After that the road home is the one you came in on: 112 km westward, roughly 95 minutes, back through Avsallar and Okurcalar, past Manavgat and Side, and into the airport approach. Being on the western side of Konaklı saves a few minutes compared with the hotels further east, though not enough to change how early a morning flight needs you to leave. Settle the pickup hour when you book, working back from the departure with check-in included, and mention how many suitcases are coming.
