On the morning you leave, the car pulls up at the street entrance on Kiriş Caddesi. Confirm at booking whether reception wants the car at that gate or somewhere else nearby. Since the sea is a walk away rather than below the balcony, take the last swim early enough to shower and pack before the agreed hour; once the cases are in the boot there is nowhere for a wet swimsuit and sandy towels to go.

The road back is the arrival in reverse: a short run out of Kiriş to the D400, north past Kemer, then the cliff section with its tunnels, Göynük and Beldibi, and down to Konyaaltı and the ring road. That is 67 km and about 60 minutes in ordinary traffic. On summer weekends the minutes slip around the city rather than on the coast, so if your flight leaves around midday on a Saturday or Sunday, set the pickup a little earlier than you otherwise would.
