Antalya Airport to Melas Lara transfer
Melas Lara occupies one of the Kemerağzı plots towards the eastern end of the Lara hotel row, the stretch that tour operators sell as Kundu. The neighbours are close enough to share a fence: Royal Holiday Palace stands immediately to the west, Royal Seginus immediately to the east, and Adalya Elite Lara a few hundred metres further along. The hotel sits on the seaward side of Lara Caddesi, set back from the boulevard, and its beach waits at the far end of the garden. A handful of shops, restaurants and a bus stop sit within a short walk on the inland side.
The airport is 18 km away, a drive of about 25 minutes that never goes into the city. The car heads for the coast rather than for Antalya, joins Lara Caddesi and runs east along the line of hotel entrances until the Melas sign comes up on the seaward side. Because the gates here stand shoulder to shoulder, the driver is looking for a name rather than a junction, and in the afternoon check-in peak a coach unloading at a neighbouring barrier can hold the lane for a minute or two. Late at night the boulevard is quiet and the car turns straight in.
