Departure is where the inland position pays you back. The car leaves the hotel corner straight onto the westbound lanes of the D400, already pointing at Antalya, with no junction to look for and no loop: the half-kilometre detour of the arrival has no counterpart in this direction. Before dawn the İncekum pines and the Pegasos gates slide past on the left within the first minutes, then Okurcalar, and the road keeps to the coast until Manavgat.

Plan on the full 103 km and about 85 minutes, then add the terminal. Manavgat, where the highway runs through the town itself, is the stretch that swells on summer days, and a pre-dawn pickup avoids most of it. If someone in your party is staying at Annabella Diamond across the road, one car can collect everyone, but the order matters. The Diamond's lane releases cars eastbound, so it is neater for the driver to call there first, come round at the junction and finish here, already facing west.

• Write Annabella Park on the departure booking, not just Annabella, so the car is sent to the inland corner rather than to the Diamond's lane on the beach side.
• Count the pickup hour back from the flight: 85 minutes on the road plus the check-in margin your airline asks for, taken generously in July and August.
• Read the airport code on the ticket before you book the return: Gazipaşa–Alanya lies the other way, east beyond Alanya, and is a separate transfer from this one to Antalya.
