On departure day the hotel's position on the side of the road away from the beach works for you: the car waits at the gate on Ahu Ünal Aysal Caddesi without anyone crossing anything, and from there it is a brief run through Göynük back to the D400. Heading north, the coast road leads to Beldibi and into the tunnels, then down to Konyaaltı, and only after that does Antalya's traffic start to count. The 53 km take about 50 minutes on a clear road, which in practice means before seven in the morning or in the lull of mid-afternoon.

The thing to plan is the last swim. Because the beach is about 300 metres off across the road, an hour by the sea on the final morning ends with the walk back, a shower and a hurry to reception, and that is easy to underestimate. Fix the pickup from the flight first: the time the airline closes check-in, the 50 minutes of road, and a margin for queues at the terminal. Then fit the beach into whatever is left, not the other way round. Packing the cases the evening before leaves the morning free for the sea.
