Leaving is straightforward because the hotel sits at the Antalya end of Göynük: the car is back on the D400 within a few hundred metres and never has to cross the village. That shortens the start of the drive, but it does not settle when to leave, which depends on the airport end — the terminal your airline uses and when its desks open. Work the pickup time back from there when you book, and give the driver the hotel's full name with Göynük rather than Kemer.

Heading north, the road climbs above the sea past Beldibi, runs through the tunnels and comes down at Konyaaltı, where the city traffic starts. Early in the morning that part is quick; late in the afternoon it is the slow part of the 51 km, and the 50 minutes is better treated as the minimum then. Coaches from the big Göynük hotels share the same road, so the first stretch can mean a few minutes behind a bus.
