On the way back to the terminal the car climbs from the southern end of the village to the D400 and drives north along the whole length of Beldibi before the tunnels start; from there it is the cliff road, Konyaaltı and the ring road. The 49 km, a few more than from the northern Beldibi hotels and well short of the drive from Kemer town or Tekirova, normally take around 45 minutes.

The useful thing to plan here is the hotel's position across the road from the sea. A last swim means walking back over Atatürk Caddesi wet and sandy, and showers and packing take longer than expected on a hot morning. Close the cases before that swim, and leave them at reception. At a small hotel like this the walk from reception to the car is short, and loading takes a minute or two rather than a trek through resort grounds.

• Set the return pickup with the flight time in front of you: forty-five minutes of road, the check-in window, and a few spare minutes for traffic on the Konyaaltı side if the flight is in the afternoon.
• If the room has to be vacated hours before a late flight, ask at reception the day before about leaving the cases there and a shower after the last swim.
• Remember that the address the driver needs is the southern end of Beldibi, not Kemer and not the northern half, especially if anyone in your party booked under the old Rios name of the other hotel.
