The way back is short on complications: the car joins the D400 at Payallar and heads west at once, with no town centre to cross before the open road. Avsallar, İncekum and Okurcalar pass one after another, then the Manavgat river crossing with its junctions, the busiest stretch of the trip, and finally the plain towards the terminal. Altogether it is 111 km, and around 95 minutes is a realistic figure on an ordinary day.

Because the beach is on the far side of the road, a last morning by the sea means crossing back, showering and fetching the cases before the car is due. The driver comes to the main entrance on the hotel's own street, not to the beach side, so be there with the luggage at the hour set when you booked. Families with small children and pushchairs should say so in advance; a larger vehicle takes everyone and everything in one go.
