Antalya Airport to Sultan Sipahi Resort Hotel transfer
Sultan Sipahi Resort Hotel is a town-centre hotel in Alanya's Saray quarter, at Güzelyalı Caddesi 30, on the seaward side of the main boulevard. A tour operator's listing places it beside Cleopatra Beach, which guests describe as just across the street, and puts the heart of town about 700 metres away, while the Damlataş cave at the foot of the castle peninsula is roughly half a kilometre off in a straight line. Restaurants, shops and the seafront promenade are therefore all on foot. It has nothing to do with Sultan of Side in Evrenseki or Sultan of Dreams in Kızılot, two hotels on the Side coast far to the west.
From Antalya Airport the drive is 126 km and takes about 105 minutes. The D400 carries the car east along the coast through Manavgat, Okurcalar, Avsallar and Konaklı and brings it into Alanya from the west, where the highway becomes the town's Atatürk Bulvarı. The car leaves it on the sea side, follows Güzelyalı Caddesi down towards the beach and stops at the hotel close to the corner of Kumsal Sokak. That final few hundred metres through the centre is the busiest part of the whole trip. You are met in the arrivals hall by your driver, who holds up a sign with your name.
