Antalya Airport to Botanik Platinum transfer
Botanik Platinum, formerly Delphin Botanik Platinum and still one of the Delphin group's Okurcalar hotels, stands on the sea side of the D400 in the Alara tourism zone. Its main block rises at the roadside, and the grounds run down behind it to a long beach of sand mixed with fine shingle, where a jetty makes it easier to get into the water. Most of the pools and the children's Luna Park are shared with the sister hotel next door to the east, Botanik Hotel & Resort, which keeps an entrance of its own; Mukarnas Spa Resort is the neighbour to the west.
The transfer from Antalya Airport is 93 km and takes about 80 minutes, almost all of it on the D400 heading east: through the farmland of Aksu and Serik, the streets of Manavgat and the shore villages of Kızılağaç and Kızılot, then over the bridge across the Alara. Roughly a kilometre and a half after the river the Platinum gate opens straight off the eastbound carriageway, so the car turns in without crossing any traffic, stops at the barrier and draws up at the lobby a few metres further on. The driver collecting you waits in the arrivals hall holding a card with your name and watches the flight, so a delay changes the hour rather than the plan.
