Leaving means heading back west along the boulevard and then crossing the whole of Alanya before the open road begins. In the small hours that goes quickly; from mid-morning onwards the town's lights, delivery vans and buses can add time, so a midday flight needs more margin than a dawn one. Past Konaklı the D400 runs freely along the coast to Manavgat and then across the plain to the terminal, 129 km in all and roughly 105 minutes when traffic is ordinary.

The car stops on the boulevard in front of the hotel, so the pickup is a few minutes of loading at the kerb. Be down in the lobby with the cases at the agreed time and the stop stays short. If the last hours go on the beach across the road, leave time for a shower and for closing the luggage, because the driver comes at the hour fixed when you booked, and the whole timing of the trip is built on it.
