Timo Deluxe Resort Hotel, formerly Timo Resort Hotel, is at Mustafa Kemal Bulvarı 41 in Konaklı, the long resort strip between Avsallar and Alanya. Unlike the hotels tucked into the lanes below the highway, it stands on the inland side: the D400 runs right along the front of the property, and the shore lies across it, where the hotel has its sand-and-pebble beach. The operator listing notes that the seabed there drops off quickly, which is worth knowing with small children. Alanya's centre is roughly 15 km to the east.
From Antalya Airport it is 114 km, around 95 minutes. The car heads east on the D400 past Aksu and Serik, crosses the river at Manavgat, and from Okurcalar onwards follows the water through Avsallar and İncekum before the first houses of Konaklı appear. Coming from the west, the hotel is on the left-hand side of the road, so the driver crosses over at the nearest turning instead of pulling straight in. You are met inside the arrivals hall by a driver with your name on a sign who has followed the flight, so a late landing simply moves the meeting.
