The last morning has one timing question the beachfront hotels do not: if you ride the shuttle down for a final swim, its return run decides when you are back. Check its timetable the evening before and plan to be back at the hotel well before the car is due, with time to change, collect the cases and hand in the key. The car waits at the main entrance, not at the beach.

The drive out is short on local roads: a few minutes through the Titreyengöl streets and the car is back on the D400 near Manavgat, heading west for the 72 km to the terminal. In the dark the highway is quick and 65 minutes is realistic; the junctions around Manavgat and Serik fill from mid-morning, and on summer changeover days the coaches for the whole coast are on the same road. A pickup worked back from the flight with that in mind leaves room for a queue at the terminal door.

• Give the pickup point as the main entrance of Lake & River Side, not its sister Port River; both publish the same Titreyengöl Mevkii address line, and only the full hotel name tells them apart.
• The hotel presents the free beach shuttle as a summer-season service, so outside those months count on walking to the sea, which it describes as within walking distance anyway.
• If you are travelling with a pushchair or extra bags bought in Manavgat, update the luggage count when you confirm the return; the size of the car is chosen from it.
