Antalya Airport to Galaxy Beach Hotel transfer
Galaxy Beach Hotel stands at number 187 on the D400 in Alanya's Mahmutlar quarter, east of the town centre. The rooms are on the landward side of the highway and the hotel's private beach is on the other, reached through a 30-metre underpass, so nobody crosses the traffic in a swimsuit. The property belongs to the mutual-aid foundation for staff of DHMİ, Turkey's state airports authority, an apt owner for a place most guests reach straight off a plane. By the hotel's own reckoning, Alanya is 14 km back to the west.
The transfer from Antalya Airport runs 142 km and takes about 115 minutes, every one of them on the D400. The car heads east over the Serik plain, past Manavgat and the hotel strips of Okurcalar and Konaklı, then threads through Alanya under the castle headland, where traffic lights set the pace. Oba, Kestel and the apartment towers of Mahmutlar follow, and the hotel stands along that stretch. Because it faces the westbound lanes, a car arriving from the airport turns at the next crossing point and doubles back to the gate. Your driver waits in arrivals holding a sign with your name.
