Antalya Airport to Palm D'or Hotel transfer
Palm D'or Hotel is a modest address in the grid of numbered lanes on the stretch of Side between Kumköy and the old town, at 1133. Sokak No 28. It is not a seafront resort: the row of large beach hotels, Barut Hemera among them, stands between its door and the water, and the shore is roughly 650 metres away in a straight line. A couple of hundred metres from the entrance runs the boulevard that links Kumköy with the old town, which lies about two and a half kilometres to the south. Its Etstur listing describes a family hotel run on an alcohol-free concept.
From Antalya Airport the transfer is 64 km and takes about 60 minutes. The D400 carries the car east past Aksu, the Belek turnings and Serik, and the driver then leaves the highway for the roads that drop south to Side's coastal boulevard. The final part is the slow one: a turn off the boulevard into the numbered lanes, where parked cars and people walking down to the beach set the speed until the car reaches the hotel entrance. For Palm D'or Hotel, the driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name.
