Leaving Fulya, the first two and a half kilometres are the slowest: the short streets of the hotel quarter, Turizm Caddesi, and the village road up to the D400 junction at Çolaklı. In the small hours they are empty; on a summer afternoon they carry coaches from many resorts at once, and a single bus turning into a gate can hold everything behind it. On the D400 the car heads west past Gündoğdu, Serik and the Belek turning towards Aksu and the airport, and for the 59 km the 55 minutes quoted are realistic outside the busiest weekends.

Name the hotel exactly on the return booking. Early in the morning the entrances of Aishen, Fulya and Selin lie a short walk apart inside one complex, and a driver waiting at the wrong one costs time on a tight schedule. Agree the pickup hour when you book, worked back from the departure time, and mention any extra bags bought in Manavgat or Side so that a car with enough room is sent.
