Before dawn Kumköy is asleep, and the car is back on the D400 within minutes of leaving the hotel; the westbound run then passes Serik and Aksu towards the terminal, a total of 62 km that normally fits the 55 minutes it took on arrival. In July and August the coaches carrying other hotels' guests share the same highway at the popular hours, so a little slack in the timing is wiser than a tight calculation.

Because the hotel is on the second line, the last morning has none of the beachfront temptation of one final swim a few steps from the lobby; the shuttle timetable, not the sea, decides whether there is time for it. If your pickup is early, settle the bill and hand back the room key the evening before, and wait for the car at the main entrance on Cumhuriyet Bulvarı rather than at the beach, where the driver will not look for you.
