Antalya Airport to Royal Alhambra Palace transfer
Royal Alhambra Palace stands on the shore at Çolaklı, the resort strip west of Side, about 400 metres seaward of Turizm Caddesi, the road that runs parallel to the coast behind the beachfront hotels. Etstur describes it as beachfront with a sand beach of its own, and notes that a walking path runs between the grounds and the beach. On the distances Etstur lists, Side's museum is about 9 km away and the ancient theatre about 11 km, while Manavgat's bus station is around 14 km. The old village of Çolaklı lies a couple of kilometres inland from the hotel, closer to the D400, measured on the map.
From Antalya Airport the car covers 57 km in about 55 minutes, one of the shorter runs to the Side coast. The D400 carries it almost the whole way: east past Aksu and the Belek junctions, then across the open plain around Serik, until the Çolaklı turning, where the driver leaves the highway towards the sea. About two kilometres of local road, crossing Turizm Caddesi on the way, bring the car down to the hotel by the shore. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign, so there is no searching for a ride after the baggage belt.
