For a team, departure day is a logistics job more than a drive. Kit has to be packed after the last session, laundry collected and the bags counted, and the pickup should follow all of that rather than overlap with it. Work the time out at booking from the check-in deadline backwards: the road takes 35 minutes, but a squad with dozens of bags spends far longer at the terminal than a family does, especially when the whole group checks in at once.

The way out is short and plain. From Turizm Caddesi the car heads out of town to rejoin the D400, then turns west for the 33 km back past Aksu. Being in town, the complex adds no estate road or resort drive at either end, and early in the morning Belek's streets are light. If the party is split across flights, give each departure its own pickup time, so the first group is not sitting in the terminal waiting for the last.

• For a group return, send the names and flight numbers for each car with the booking, so every driver knows exactly who he is taking.
• If the final session ends close to departure, leave room for showers and packing; the agreed hour is when the car is already at the door.
• Medical cases and equipment bags often go through a separate special-baggage desk at check-in, so allow for that queue as well as the ordinary one.
