Antalya Airport to Black Royal Belek transfer
Despite the name, Black Royal Belek is not in Belek town but in Boğazkent, the village about eight kilometres further east in Serik district, bounded on its eastern side by the Köprüçay river. The hotel stands among the village streets rather than on the sand: the Boğazkent public beach is a little under a kilometre away, an easy walk down to the seafront. That shore is one of the stretches where loggerhead turtles come ashore to nest, and a sea-turtle monitoring and protection project has been run on the Boğazkent sand.
It is 42 km from Antalya Airport, about 40 minutes. Unlike the run to the Belek hotels, this one stays on the D400 past every Belek junction and on to the edge of Serik, then turns south on Tuzla Burun Caddesi, a road of some nine kilometres down towards the coast. Nilüfer Caddesi and a short side street bring the car to the door. Because the final approach comes down from Serik rather than along the resort coast, the village name on the booking does real work. At the airport end, the driver is the person holding your name on a sign as you walk out of the arrivals hall.
