Antalya Airport to Denizyaka transfer
Denizyaka lies on the east bank of the Köprüçay, the river that divides the Serik and Manavgat districts along this part of the coast. Boğazkent and its resort hotels face it from the west bank, yet in practice the two are far apart: there is no road bridge near the sea, so the drive from one to the other goes back up to the D400 crossing and comes to about 20 km. The village itself stands in farmland about three kilometres inland, within the Belek Special Environmental Protection Area, and on the shore below it is Lykia World Antalya, a large resort with its own links-style golf course.
The transfer from Antalya Airport is 48 km and takes about 45 minutes. The D400 carries most of it: the dual carriageway runs east through Serik and crosses the Köprüçay right next to the junction for Aspendos. A kilometre and a half after the bridge the car turns right and follows a country road south for about ten kilometres, keeping to the east side of the river, through Denizyaka village and down to the shore. Turn-off, village and beach lie a few kilometres apart, which is why an exact destination matters more on this transfer than on a run to one of the resort strips.
