The departure reverses the village part first: a short stretch away from the sea, the left-hand bend back onto the road north, and nearly two kilometres inland to the Evrenseki junction. Before six that takes a few minutes; by mid-morning it is shared with laundry vans, staff buses and families walking down to the beach. On the D400 the car turns west through Gündoğdu, past Serik and Aksu, and the 60 km back to the terminal generally keep to the 55 minutes, with Saturday changeover the usual exception.

A renamed hotel brings one extra point for the last morning. Old paperwork and some apps may still show the TUI-era name, and in the dark the gates along Evrenseki's shore look much alike, so the departure booking should say Blue Side Hotel in Evrenseki and nothing shorter. The car comes to the main entrance on the road side, not to the promenade, so bring the luggage to the lobby rather than down towards the sea. Fix the pickup hour when you book, counting back from the flight and the airline's check-in window.

• If your departure is late in the day, ask reception about storing bags after checkout; a last swim from a beach 50 metres away is then easy to fit in.
• Give the final suitcase count and any child seats with the return booking, because both decide which vehicle comes to Evrenseki.
• When the airline moves the flight, send the new time and the pickup moves with it; the fare per vehicle agreed at booking does not change.
