Antalya Airport to Mediterra Art Hotel transfer
Mediterra Art Hotel is an Ottoman-style house at Zafer Sokak 5, in the Barbaros quarter of Kaleiçi, Antalya's walled old town. It keeps a gallery of its own, the Mediterra Art Gallery, which puts on exhibitions in the house when one is running, and a garden courtyard where meals are served outdoors. Hadrian's Gate, by the hotel's own reckoning, is about five minutes away on foot, and Karaalioğlu Park and the old harbour are each roughly a third of a kilometre off.
From Antalya Airport the transfer is 16 km and takes about 20 minutes, a city run from start to finish. The car takes the D400 west into Antalya, then the boulevards that lead down towards the old walls, and the pace is set by traffic lights rather than open road. Inside the walls the picture changes: the lanes are narrow, several are closed to cars, and how close the car can come to Zafer Sokak depends on which of them are open. Expect the last stretch on foot over stone.
