Antalya Airport to Deniz Hotel transfer
Deniz Hotel is at 306 Sokak No 4 in Gürsu, one of the neighbourhoods strung along the Konyaaltı shore in the western half of Antalya. Its address is a numbered side street, not the seafront boulevard, so the hotel stands a little back from the water, with Akdeniz Bulvarı and the promenade lying between it and the shore. The beach there is Konyaaltı's public beach, a mix of sand and pebble according to the hotel's listing. Deniz simply means 'sea' in Turkish, and countless hotels share the word; Der Inn Hotel Konyaaltı, which also has a page on this site, is a close neighbour in Altınkum, a short walk away.
The transfer is 24 km and takes around 30 minutes, nearly all of it a crossing of Antalya from the airport on its eastern edge to the bay on its western side. Once the driver has found you in the arrivals hall, holding up a card with your name, the car follows the D400 round the north of the city — the same road that later runs on towards Kemer — and then turns off down the avenues that lead to Konyaaltı. The last minutes are spent in residential streets that carry numbers rather than names, which is exactly why the house number matters on this booking.
